Born in Mumbai, India, and raised in a middle-class family, he was inspired by his father—his hero—who worked as a waiter. From a young age, visiting his dad’s restaurant sparked a dream of opening one of his own. Motivated by this ambition, he learned every aspect of the business. Today, as the manager and partner of The Spice Room, he honors his father's work ethic by creating a warm, welcoming space that’s a true tribute to his legacy of love and perseverance.
